3. Cooking Workflow
Use this step-by-step process to take ingredients to finished dishes.- Prep - Worktable / Mixer -
1A - Worktable
1. Grab ingredients from Fridge (i.e Potatoes) and place them onto the Worktable.
2. When the ingredient is placed onto the table, go into the Worktable and select the ingredient you want to cut.
3. After selecting the ingredient, select the "Cut" box, and it will bring you into a Minigame you need to complete. Depending on the dish, you may need to cut an ingredient multiple times.
4. After the ingredient is properly prepped. Throw the ingredient into the respective cookware to further the dishes progress.
2A - Mixer
1. Grab Mixer from Buildkit and place into a bigger area of your kitchen
2. Depending on the food you are making, you will need to use different ingredients.
3. Grab ingredients from fridge and place them into the mixer. (If the combination doesn't make sense, the mixer will refuse the ingredients).
4. After adding the ingredients, on the side of the mixer, there is an arrow that determines the mixing speed. Turn the mixer on and change the speed to the requested amount.
5. After the mixing is done, the finished product will remain in the mixer until it is thrown into respective cookware to further the dishes progress.
B. Cook
1. Move prepped items to the Grill, Wok, or Oven depending on the recipe.
2. Choose the correct cooking method.
3. Set temperatures for the prepped ingredients, and complete minigames to prevent items from burning.
4. Transfer cooked items to the Plate Station.
C. Plate
- At the Plate Station, assemble your cooked items into the final dish (e.g. “Steak and Frites,” “Veggie Pizza”). It will provide a list of the prepared ingredients for those meals, and what order to place them in.
- Place the dishes onto the OrderTable for players to purchase from, or NPC's to automatically be taken to their tables.
D. Cleanup
1. After an item has been purchased, the plate needs to be cleaned! Multiple dishes in the sink not cleaned will cause lower ratings, which will decrease NPC spawn rates!
