Experience:
I have around a month of staffing experience on a now shutdown server. i was a moderator who ended up quiting due to poor planning with IRL stuff.
Well i was there for a short time i did get what the experience as a staff member would be like to handle people. ive been around since darkspire and semi stayed (kinda stopped interacting when yall renamed it and made it an MC server) but started interacting more now that you guys have been more open about there being a gmod server.

Why do I want to join:
Im interested in becoming staff because every server no matter what will have people coming on trying to ruin the experience for others with either MRDM'ng or Prop Blocking spawn just to be annoying. even though i cant stop all of them. i will always be trying my best to keep the number low. i would also enjoy being apart of a team that help keep the server fun for everyone.
Why should I be accepted:
I will be Available at times little to no staff on with the amount of freetime i have and my sleep schedule just being bad.
even with that one month on another server i obviously still need to learn more. i can take feedback to improve as a staff member more and more learning along the way.
i would also try and contribute as much as i can to help the server grow bigger and bigger.
Other things:
My last application was written with like 3 hours of sleep which is why it was just kinda all around bad. As crum mentioned on my last app my experiences on other servers being banned or blacklisted is definitely not a good look. but please dont let that change your view on this application. i know when to be serious and being staff is one of those times i need to not mess around. ive been wanting to get into a staff position on a server for a while and i think this would be a good place to get back into staffing.
