Why do I want to join: Razz Networks may be the first server I could be staff for. It would give me some valuable experience and knowledge into how moderating GMod servers work, and I could take and use that knowledge on other servers should I want to. Not only that, but I noticed that some staff are not always online, which isn't a bad thing, but means that during periods where no staff are online, trolls and minges are able to grief and ruin the experience of other players trying to have fun and roleplay. While keeping the number of rule-breakers to a permanent zero will forever be an impossible task, I'll do my very best to keep that number as close to zero as humanly possible.
Why I should be accepted: I am commonly online around and after midnight, meaning that during times of low staff activity, I can catch the rule-breakers before they can do much harm; and with the amount of free-time I have (due to my horrendous sleep schedule) I can hope to drastically improve the time a player(s) will have on the server. I'm a very patient person and willing to take feedback and change my behavior based on it. While it's no doubt that the server is already pretty popular (40+ people playing on opening day), I can do my best to increase the player count to make the server as active as possible.
Other things: Just because my sleep schedule is totally screwed doesn't mean you can expect me to not take breaks for my mental health/health in general. It should be a fact for everyone that they should prioritize their wellbeing over a video game. Also, I know in moments where actions are just light-hearted tomfoolery, and others where malicious intent was obvious.
