Reason for report

Evidy was talking with another player about there base. I had already inspected said base and said it was fine. Evidy then said that it was not fine and broke a rule. Which is fine. The issue is the way he was talking to the other player. It could have just been the way i was reading it but he seemed very rude to this player that was standing by what i had said. Even going as far as to insult him about not reading.
